MARCH

APRIL
- GIF animated turnaround of a character
- Draw at least 6 frames.
MAY
- Draw a character riding in/on a vehicle.
- This could be one designed in March, or a completely new vehicle!
JUNE
- Draw a model sheet with 4 unique full-body poses (not a turnaround).
JULY
- Draw multiple characters interacting with each other using different props.
AUGUST
- Design a floor plan/layout and draw 2 different camera angles of the environment.
- This could be a character's house or place they visit during the story.
- This could be a character's house or place they visit during the story.
SEPTEMBER
- Experiment with lighting.
- Using different light sources or color of lighting to convey different moods or atmospheres.
OCTOBER
- Draw a character bust with 8 different expressions.
NOVEMBER
- Find a pose from a figure drawing site.
- Draw a few poses and angles of that gesture drawing.
- Take your favorite one and draw one of your characters in the pose.
DECEMBER
- Redesign one of your old characters.
Bonus Prompts
- Find scripts for movies/shows and re draw/board them out in our own style.
- Study films and their cinematography; different types of films including comedy, action & drama.
- Animate shapes and text in After Effects (explainer video or something).
- Create something in Illustrator.
- Create something in Flash.
- Draw a character in different styles.
